John Tapper Promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Ziment
Custom
NEW YORK, February 6, 2008 -
Ziment Group, a leading global healthcare marketing research
organization, announces the promotion of John Tapper, Ph.D.,
from Chief Operating Officer to Chief Executive Officer of
Ziment Custom, the group's strategic primary marketing
research and consulting company. Tapper assumes the position
from Lynnette Cooke, who relinquishes the role but continues
as Chief Executive Officer of Ziment Group overall.
“John is an outstanding leader and industry
innovator," said Cooke. "He has been responsible for many of

his tenure."
Tapper was the Chief Methodologist at Ziment prior to being
named COO in December 2007. During his tenure, Ziment Custom

Prior to joining Ziment in February 2002, Tapper was
principal at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants,
where he helped establish and lead its quantitative
marketing research practice. He holds a Ph.D. in mass
communication from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and
a B.A. from the University of Colorado.
