THE ZIMENT GROUP ANNOUNCES
NEW ROLES FOR SENIOR MANAGEMENT
NEW YORK,
November 15, 2006 -The
Ziment Group, a consortium of leading healthcare and
pharmaceutical market research companies headquartered in
New York, announced several changes in roles and
responsibility among its senior management:

Howard Ziment, presently
the Chief Executive of the group companies, will become
Chairman effective immediately. His role will now
include assisting with the expansion of the Kantar
Group's healthcare offering. The Ziment Group is part of
Kantar, the information and consultancy division of WPP
Group.

Lynnette Cooke has been
promoted to add the title of Chief Executive Officer of
The Ziment Group in addition to her present title of
Chief Executive of the Custom Research division. The
group consists of Ziment, WebSurveyResearch, imap
Research and Consumer Health Sciences.

continuing to craft strategy for the Ziment Group," said
Ziment. "I also look forward to helping Kantar in its quest
to grow in healthcare, one of its key market sectors. It is
with complete confidence that I turn over the day-to-day
decision making for the group to Lynnette. She will continue

most intractable business and marketing problems."
Cooke has been with The
Ziment Group since 1997. She has previously held roles as a
Director of Client Services, Sr. Director, Chief Operating
Officer and her present role of Chief Executive Officer in
the Custom Research division of the group.
