ZIMENT NAMES BASYA GALE WORLDWIDE CHIEF QUALITATIVE OFFICER
NEW YORK,
July 27, 2006 - Ziment, a leading healthcare and
pharmaceutical market research consultancy headquartered in
New York, announced today that it has
named Basya Gale, Ph.D. as
its Worldwide Chief Qualitative Officer.

A published author
and speaker within the pharmaceutical and healthcare realm,
Basya brings more than 25 years of experience in
pharmaceutical marketing research to lead Ziment’s
Qualitative Services division. Basya is truly an industry
leader, having worked for many years in leading worldwide
research on both the supplier and client sides at companies
including IMS Health Consulting, Bristol-Myers Squibb,
Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, and Rhone-Poulenc Rorer.
Her therapeutic expertise reflects her business experience
in the industry and ranges across areas such as,
cardiovascular, diabetes, urology, infectious disease,
dermatology, hematology, musculoskeletal, respiratory, CNS,
bone metabolism, AIDS and oncology.
